How Mounjaro dosing usually progresses
Mounjaro treatment usually begins with:
Weeks 1–4: 2.5 mg once weekly
From week 5: 5 mg once weekly
If required, your prescriber may then increase the dose in 2.5 mg increments, with at least four weeks between dose increases.
Maintenance doses may include:
5 mg, 10 mg or 15 mg once weekly
The maximum recommended dose is 15 mg once weekly.
Your dose should only be changed following advice from your prescriber.
